Policies and Procedures
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular massage clients.
Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate forms for new clients, change and prepare for service. You may also fill in and print New Client forms as indicated in the Client Form Section prior to your arrival. All massages have a specific time schedule and timely arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment; however, the original reservation fee will be charged.
Please note, massage is contraindicated for illness. If you have symptoms of a cold or flu, fever or infection, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
Payment is due at the time of treatment. Cash, credit, debit, and checks are acceptable forms of payment. There will be a fee for any NSF returned checks. Please present any promotional flyers, coupons or gift certificates at the time of service to receive credit.
